Own location data quality and CMS driven web experiences while bridging content and engineering to optimize UX through data integrity, structured content, and user-research driven improvements.

  • Location data stewardship: manage listings and Yext based updates across platforms.
  • Content and UX ownership: translate content needs into CMS entries and drive user journey improvements.
  • Research driven iteration: plan tests and synthesize findings to inform design and development.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Location Data & Yext Operations: Own and maintain location data across all listing's platforms, with Yext as the primary tool.
  • Listings Quality & Audits: Regularly audit listings for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Data Discrepancies: Troubleshoot and coordinate fixes across platforms.
  • Content Implementation: Manage updates in headless CMS and ensure on-schedule publishing.
  • CMS Bridge & Taxonomies: Translate requirements to structured content and maintain taxonomies/templates.
  • UX & User Journeys: Map journeys, identify friction, and collaborate to improve site UX.
  • Research & Testing: Plan and run user tests; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Design & Handoff: Lead mockups and visual assets in Figma; ensure design-to-build handoff.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years in digital marketing, web content, UX, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms; exposure to headless or API-driven architectures is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design thinking.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit structured data.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present research findings.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, design, and technical teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, UX Design, Web Design and 1-2 years of experience with UX Design, Web Design, or Web Data Management.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Yext or similar location/listings platforms.
  • Hands-on experience conducting user interviews or usability testing.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar).
  • Understanding of local SEO principles and structured data/schema markup.
