Responsibilities

• 🎥 Host 3 daily live shows on TikTok Shop, selling URBEE products with charisma, energy, and the ability to close sales in real time.
• 🤝 Build strategic partnerships with schools, businesses, landowners, and local organizations to activate our seed-planting programs, powered by seeds donated by URBEE.
• 🌱 Broadcast every planting event live, showcasing the real impact of our brand and educating the community on how change starts with each of us.
• 📍 Be URBEE's ambassador at every venue that opens its doors to us, starting in San Antonio and expanding across Texas.

Requirements

• Outgoing, proactive, creative, and unafraid of the spotlight
• Proven experience filming and broadcasting live content
• Strong command of social media platforms and digital trends
• Polished personal presentation and full fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• Ability to manage content, partnerships, and community independently
• Available full-time and excited to build something meaningful.
