Responsibilities

• Create, write, design and edit content for social and digital platforms
• Write captions/copy for social media and web content
• Capture video and photos, mostly in central Oklahoma and occasionally state wide
• Create or contribute to designed assets, print and digital advertisements and social media content
• Provide research to identify and apply trending topics and influencers, monitor social performance, share key analytics and provide optimization.
• Develop and utilize additional marketing and public relations skills to support clients and colleagues as needed

Requirements

• Between 2-4 years of professional, full-time experience creating digital content
• Professional writing and editing experience with AP style competency
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; sound judgement and reasoning
• Trend awareness and the ability to apply trending styles and topics to professional, highly visible client accounts
• Video capture and editing skills, especially creating short form content for platforms including TikTok, YouTube and Meta
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite and CapCut (or another video editing tool)
• Experience in digital platforms such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google Business Manager, Mailchimp, Wix, etc.
• Knowledge of design and visual principles
• Ability to work as part of a team, present ideas, take feedback and direction, and pivot when needed
• Ability to maintain high standards on multiple projects with tight deadlines
