Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and optimize CFI’s WordPress website with a consistent flow of high-quality, mission-aligned content.
  • Manage all CFI social media channels: create platform-optimized content, grow audiences, and drive engagement.
  • Respond to website inquiries and troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues.
  • Develop and execute an editorial content calendar spanning web and social platforms.
  • Coordinate digital content with CFI’s Hivebrite membership community platform.
  • Collaborate with leadership on content supporting fundraising, membership drives, and program launches.

Requirements

  • Proven social media management experience with a portfolio of brand-building results.
  • Proficiency in Content Strategy, Content Management, and Content Development.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms, website analytics tools, and SEO principles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in WordPress development and administration.
  • Strong expertise in Web Content Writing and Graphic Design.
  • Ability to develop, organize, and execute content initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong editorial skills: polished, publication-ready writing in a professional voice.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously.
  • Deep personal resonance with CFI’s mission and its commitment to Truth, Goodness, and Beauty in visual storytelling.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience with Hivebrite or comparable membership/community platforms.
  • Experience in nonprofit, faith-based, or creative media organizations.
  • Background in film, Catholic media, or nonprofit communications.
  • Video content creation or optimization experience.
