Job Summary

Own the digital storytelling engine for a nonprofit, turning visuals, email templates, landing pages, and social content into a coherent, brand-aware experience while driving engagement and fundraising outcomes.

  • Content Production & Design: own visuals, graphics, videos, and branding across channels
  • Channel Execution & Optimization: publish and optimize email, web, and social campaigns
  • Performance Insights: track email, web, and social metrics and report actionable improvements

Job Description

  • Create digital assets including graphics, videos, photos, and campaign visuals
  • Design and format email templates, landing pages, and digital appeals
  • Maintain a consistent visual brand across all platforms
  • Manage and post content across social media platforms
  • Write captions and adapt messaging for digital audiences
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages as appropriate
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Update and maintain website pages, landing pages, and forms
  • Ensure content is current, accurate, and optimized
  • Support SEO and user experience
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media preferred
  • Strong graphic design and basic video editing skills
  • Experience with social media platforms, CMS systems, and email marketing tools
  • Knowledge of analytics, SEO, and digital best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Nonprofit or mission-driven experience preferred.
