Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Preparation & Publishing - Edit and prepare video content for publishing across YouTube, Facebook, and other ministry platforms.
  • Upload, schedule, and publish daily teaching sessions, livestreams, and related digital content.
  • Create and maintain accurate titles, descriptions, thumbnails, metadata, product offers, ministry resources, and website links for all published content.
  • Prepare content in advance and maintain an organized publishing schedule to ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, weekly, and special event content.
  • Livestream Operations & Audience Engagement
  • Monitor daily livestreams before, during, and after broadcast to ensure successful execution.
  • Engage with viewers on YouTube and Facebook by responding to comments and encouraging audience participation.
  • Add, update, and pin appropriate product offers, ministry resources, and promotional information on YouTube and Facebook livestreams.
  • Content Management & Ministry Coordination
  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, and ministry teams to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with current campaigns.

Requirements

  • Relevant educational or business experience in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Video Production, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital content management, video production, social media, or a similar role.
  • Experience with video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube Studio, Facebook, and other social media publishing platforms.
  • Experience uploading, scheduling, and managing digital video content across multiple platforms.
  • Working knowledge of YouTube Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word required.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software are a plus.
  • Understanding of livestream production and digital broadcasting workflows is preferred.
