Job Description

The Digital Content Specialist develops, creates, prepares and is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of FAME’s digital content across email, social media, and web channels.
This role is responsible for turning approved messaging, campaign priorities, and program information into clear, accessible, and engaging content that supports FAME’s marketing goals and serves Maine audiences effectively.
This position will work within a modern, Salesforce‑enabled marketing environment, the Digital Content Specialist ensures content is accurate, effective, and on brand.
The role serves as a key steward of content quality, tone, and accessibility, partnering closely with Marketing Campaign Officers and Digital Marketing Specialists to support integrated, data‑informed marketing efforts.
This position requires strong editorial judgment, comfort working within structured systems and workflows, and a collaborative mindset focused on clarity, trust, and continuous improvement
