Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze kids/family-related social media content using our internal content listening framework
• Review approximately the top 100 performing short-form videos daily across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Break down viral content into structured data categories including topic, hook, storytelling structure, emotional triggers, and creative techniques
• Track emerging trends and recurring performance patterns
• Maintain organized research documentation and tagging systems
• Prepare weekly trend summaries and research reports to support creative planning
• Contribute observations during content brainstorming sessions

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in digital media, marketing, communications, research, or related field
• Strong familiarity with short-form platforms and online content culture
• Highly detail-oriented with strong pattern recognition skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience using spreadsheets or basic analytics tools
