- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Visit Casper’s brand, goals, and target audiences.
- Create and manage an editorial calendar to ensure a steady flow of engaging and relevant content.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source, develop, and distribute compelling content.
- Be ready to share in-the-moment insights into what is current in the community, allowing followers to connect personally.
- Craft engaging blog posts, website content, itineraries, and promotional copy that showcase Casper’s unique and often one-of-a-kind experiences.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
- Oversee Visit Casper’s social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Basic graphic design, photo and/or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Photography

- Knowledge of paid social and digital advertising strategies.
- Experience working with destination organizations or in the travel industry.
- Meticulous attention to detail, spelling, punctuation and grammar.
- Project management tools such as Asana to ensure that deadlines are met, and teammates are supported.
