Model: Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Direct Report: Director of Integrated Operations/CEO

Role Objective

The Digital Brand Lead is responsible for the strategic oversight and creative execution of two distinct brand pillars within the ecosystem: one focused on the Founder’s professional lifestyle brand and the other representing the company’s professional identity (The Nuu Moon). The primary objective is to maintain a high-level brand aesthetic and tone while simultaneously delivering meaningful, engaging, and authoritative information to a diverse audience.

Core Responsibilities1. Brand Management (The Nuu Moon)
  • Multifaceted Strategy: Develop and manage content that represents the company’s three primary pillars: B2B Creative Strategy, Information Services (Video/Static content), and the Metaphysical Retail Store.
  • Aesthetic Integrity: Ensure that all communications maintain a sophisticated, clean, and cohesive visual identity.
  • Engagement-Driven Information: Translate complex business strategies and metaphysical concepts into digestible, high-value content that informs and converts.
  • Company Visibility: Strategize and execute "Company BTS" (Behind-The-Scenes) content to establish industry authority and operational transparency.
2. Professional Lifestyle Brand Management
  • Authority Building: Curate a visual narrative that balances authentic lifestyle storytelling with professional authority.
  • Platform Adaptation: Optimize creative assets for platform-specific delivery (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.), ensuring tone and formatting are tailored to each specific audience.
  • Narrative Alignment: Collaborate with the Founder to ensure lifestyle content aligns with broader company milestones and expansion goals.
Operational Protocols & Governance
  • Time Tracking & Accountability: Strict adherence to live-timer tracking via Clockify is mandatory. Manual entries are prohibited without prior leadership notification.
  • Content Batching: Responsible for the delivery of all content briefs, scripts, and creative requests to the CEO ten (10) days prior to scheduled production dates.
  • Reporting: Regular monitoring of engagement metrics to ensure content is meeting growth KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Deliverable Schedule: All content batches for the subsequent week must be submitted for final review by Friday at 5:00 PM CST.
Requirements & Competencies
  • Strategic Communication: Ability to pivot between corporate B2B language and consumer-facing retail/lifestyle messaging.
  • Technical Proficiency: High-level competency in Canva, CapCut, and project management software.
  • Attention to Detail: A rigorous commitment to following established brand protocols and organizational structures.
  • Growth Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying market trends and expansion opportunities for the brand pillars.
  • Deliverable Volume: You are responsible for the end-to-end production of 12 high-quality deliverables per week, balanced across our corporate and lifestyle pillars.
  • Strategic Autonomy: While you will receive visionary direction, you are expected to proactively "mine" the brands for content opportunities, suggesting scripts, hooks, and content containers that align with our B2B and retail growth goals.
  • Operational Agility: You must maintain the "Zero-Gaps" Contingency—in the event that raw assets are unavailable for one brand, you are expected to pivot and fulfill your weekly quota by producing additional high-value content for the secondary brand.
  • System Adherence: You will maintain 100% adherence to our CEO Batch Protocol and Live-Tracking Standards, ensuring that all work is accounted for through meticulous time management and proactive communication.
