Requirements

 The Role: The Creative Engine for Two Powerhouse Brands

As our Digital Content Creator, you are the visual voice for two distinct identities: Garden State Tile, our design-driven luxury brand, and Tiles Direct, our e-commerce powerhouse. Working from our Wall Township, NJ corporate office, you will turn monthly themes into high-impact videos, photos, and digital assets that drive both inspiration and conversion.What you’ll do:

• Lead Production: Own the end-to-end creation of high-quality photo and short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, etc.) tailored for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and our web storefronts.
• Master the Storyboard: Develop shot lists and storyboards for everything from high-end website hero assets to fast-moving social trends.
• Balance the Brands: Pivot seamlessly between lifestyle storytelling for our luxury audience and product-heavy, conversion-focused content for our e-commerce shoppers.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Actively research social trends and competitor executions to propose "outside the box" ideas that keep our brands at the forefront of the industry. 
• Collaborate & Curate: Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales teams to ensure a consistent visual identity while maintaining an organized digital library of assets for the entire team.

What You Bring to the TEAM:

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience creating digital and social content for brands.
• Technical Artistry: Expert-level skills in producing and editing short-form video. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or Canva.
• A Sharp Eye: A talent for visual aesthetics, color, and texture, with an obsession for the details that make content feel premium.
• A Strategic Mindset: The ability to take creative direction and execute specifically against defined goals, deadlines, and brand guidelines.
• Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills to manage deliverables for two brands with different voices and audiences.
• Schedule: Full-time, in-office, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm) in our Wall, NJ corporate office.
