Own content production and distribution for a science-focused audience, building repeatable workflows and aligning SEO-driven storytelling with leadership goals.

Content Engine: Create across formats and channels to reach researchers and life-science professionals.
Workflow & Leadership Collaboration: Establish repeatable processes and co-create messaging with leaders.
SEO & Visibility: Apply search principles to improve discovery and impact of technical content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Producing content across formats (short-form video, social posts, blog articles, product explainers, brochures, and application notes)
Managing content on our website and LinkedIn
Applying SEO basics
Helping build out repeatable content workflows as we grow
Working directly with leadership team to develop content that speaks to a scientific audience

Requirements

Strong writing skills, specifically the ability to write accurately and accessibly about technical topics
Demonstrated fluency with professional and newer AI tools for content creation (writing, image generation, video, etc.)
Experience producing content for an audience, whether that's a blog, social account, newsletter, YouTube channel, or anything similar
Good understanding of SEO and how content strategy connects to search visibility
Interest or background in life sciences, scientific research, or biotechnology
Comfortable working independently and managing your own time in a remote, startup environment
Experience with video editing, graphic design, or visual content production

Preferred

Interest or background in life sciences, scientific research, or biotechnology is a strong plus.
