Job Summary

Own and optimize end-to-end digital execution across channels, balancing hands-on campaign work with system-wide process improvements to improve customer engagement and efficiency.

  • Lead cross-functional intake and prioritization for digital requests, then drive timely delivery across web, email, and SMS programs.
  • Monitor performance, generate reporting, and translate insights into actionable improvements for campaigns and user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and operations to maintain clean docs, predictable workflows, and scalable digital infrastructure.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support execution across digital channels including web, email, and SMS
  • Assist with website content updates, QA, publishing, and optimization efforts
  • Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to intake, prioritize, and execute digital requests
  • Help manage and optimize digital systems, workflows, and operational processes
  • Monitor campaign and channel performance and contribute to reporting and insights
  • Support troubleshooting and issue resolution across digital platforms and tools
  • Maintain documentation, calendars, and process standards to improve team efficiency
  • Contribute ideas for improving customer experience, engagement, and operational effectiveness
  • Serve as a cross-functional team player who can flex across priorities as business needs evolve

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital communications, or digital operations
  • Hands-on experience with web content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience executing email and/or SMS marketing campaigns
  • HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, content, and operational teams
  • Strong attention to detail, especially around QA and execution accuracy
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools is preferred
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards, SEO, or UX best practices is a plus
  • Experience supporting digital systems, workflows, or platform administration is a plus

  • CMS platforms (Storyblok, WordPress, Sitecore, Contentful, etc.)
  • Email platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • SMS platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Google Analytics or other reporting tools (Optimizely, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Jira, etc.)
