Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of the marketing and communications calendar, keeping activity on schedule and on brand.
  • Draft, build, schedule and send email campaigns- from newsletters and offers to event invitations and media updates.
  • Create and publish engaging content across our social media channels, including copy, imagery and short-form video.
  • Own the day-to-day management of our social communities, responding to comments and messages in a warm, on-brand voice.
  • Write clear, compelling and on-brand copy for email, social, web and event collateral.
  • Maintain and update website content, including product pages, landing pages and blog content.
  • Keep the content calendar organized and up to date, coordinating assets and timings across relevant stakeholders and channels.
  • Coordinate with the UK Marketing team to share and adapt assets, campaigns and best practices across the US market.
  • Support the planning and promotion of customer events and tasting.
  • Assist with PR activity, from press mailings and sample sends to maintaining media and influencer contact lists.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English and a natural flair for copywriting, with a keen eye for detail and tone
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing, communications or content role
  • Confident using social media platforms in a professional or brand context
  • Familiarity with email marketing software and content management systems, or the aptitude to pick them up quickly
  • Comfortable creating simple content and graphics using tools such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks and hit deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and ready to get stuck in
  • A collaborative team player who communicates well with colleagues across the US, UK and Asia
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn about our customers, our products and the wider market
  • Strong interest in wine & spirits or the luxury sector with a genuine enthusiasm for the product and brand
