Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of retailer websites to identify gaps, and assist the Digital Commerce Content Coordinator in taking corrective action to ensure product images, content, descriptions, etc. are accurate.
  • Monitor competitive activity and work with the Digital Commerce Content Coordinator to understand current best practices and make recommendations for KCO.
  • Update the content and advertising Digital Playbook with guidelines and contacts for each individual retailer as directed by the Digital Commerce Content Coordinator.
  • Assist in updating reports to track progress towards Digital Commerce goals.
  • Contribute to building presentations for internal meetings.
  • Assist the Retail Media Specialist with ensuring digital ads are properly executed across retailers, and evaluating campaign results.
  • Assist the Retail Media Specialist in updating the Retail Media Playbook.

Requirements

  • Tech savvy, comfortable picking up new software and applications
  • Works well independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible, with the ability to handle a changing environment and priorities
  • Commitment to continued self-development and learning
  • Current College Student studying Business/Marketing/Communications or related field
  • Must be 18 years of age and legal to work without sponsorship in the United States
