Job Summary

Drive brand execution and visual design support across digital and print for a design-focused Detroit firm, collaborating with senior creatives on proposals, websites, and client deliverables.

  • Own brand implementation across digital/print materials and assets.
  • Strong typography, layout, and Adobe Creative Suite craft required.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Brand & Visual Execution - Apply and maintain KDG’s established brand standards across all digital and graphic materials - Ensure consistency in typography, layout, imagery, tone, and overall visual quality - Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, and reference materials
  • Graphic, Web, & Digital Support - Design and produce graphics for proposals, presentations, and firm communications - Support updates to the firm’s website within existing CMS platforms - Create branded visual content for social media and digital outreach channels - Assist with formatting and layout across multiple platforms and file types
  • Proposals & RFP Support (Brand-Focused) - Coordinate the visual assembly and formatting of RFP and RFQ submissions - Ensure brand consistency across resumes, project sheets, graphics, and layouts - Work with principals and project teams to integrate content smoothly and accurately - Maintain and refine proposal templates and boilerplate materials
  • Collaboration - Work closely with architects, interior designers, and firm leadership - Translate creative direction into polished, professional visual deliverables - Balance multiple requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
