Digital Advertising Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Initiatives: Develop and fulfill digital revenue initiatives for both new and existing clients through Da Pop Advertising / Da Pop Digital.
• Campaign Strategy & Proposals: Create and present tailored digital presentations and proposals of new or existing products designed to meet clients' unique challenges and objectives, creating new revenue or incrementally increasing existing accounts.
• End-to-End Campaign Management & Fulfillment: Manage the complete fulfillment of all digital campaigns. Execute and complete campaigns smoothly from start to finish as outlined in the client agreement.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide comprehensive performance reports and affidavits of digital campaign performance to support client services, periodic reviews, and invoicing.
• Financial Support: Assist in the collection of digital advertising balances due to Da Pop Advertising / Da Pop Digital.

Requirements

• A passion for building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign fulfillment, or digital media sales support.
• Strong ability to create compelling digital proposals and presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills for generating accurate performance reports and data-driven insights.
• While our office is based in Wetumpka, Alabama, remote applicants will be considered; however, because we pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our clients, face-to-face interaction is preferred.
