Position Overview
North Carolina Stage Company (NC Stage), Asheville’s professional non-profit theatre, is seeking a Development and Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role for an organization marking its 25th anniversary season, with an opportunity to build contributed revenue infrastructure and shape audience engagement. This position is roughly 60/40 development and marketing. Development responsibilities focus on managing current donor portfolios and fundraising activities, as well as developing new fundraising initiatives. Marketing responsibilities focus on strategy, brand oversight, and partnership management with an outside marketing firm. About NC Stage North Carolina Stage Company is a 501(c)3 non-profit professional theatre located in the heart of downtown Asheville, NC. The mission of NC Stage is to connect people to plays that illuminate the shared human experience. Founded 25 years ago by Charlie and Angie Flynn-McIver, NC Stage is committed to producing high-quality professional theatrical productions that engage and inspire our audiences.
Compensation& Benefits: Salary – $40,000 annually.
