The other 99% submit and hope. You're about to do something different.
In 2012, the first Ethique solid shampoo bar was made as an alternative to the 80 billion plastic shampoo and conditioner bottles thrown out globally every year. Since then, so much has changed, but sustainability is still at the heart of everything we do. Our ingredients remain cruelty free and vegan, palm oil free, ethically and fairly sourced, we still pay staff a living wage, donate 2% of sales to charity and are plastic-free.
We don’t just make shampoo bars now either. We’ve ventured into other categories, with plenty more exciting products in the pipeline and are sold in 22 retailers across the globe. All with the goal of preventing plastic bottles from being made and disposed of in landfills around the world.
About the role
As our Supply & Demand Planner, you'll be at the heart of that mission, owning the full planning function for a brand that's stocked at Ulta, Target, Whole Foods, and Amazon and growing fast.
This isn't a role where you clock in and follow the playbook. You'll be the kind of person who sees a gap and fills it, who builds the process before anyone asks, and who connects the dots between what's selling and what needs to be on the water. You bring equal parts analytical rigor and commercial instinct, and you're energized by the idea of making a real mark on a brand you actually believe in.
Location: remote - must have the right to live and work in the US
