Own mortgage partner growth through a portfolio of POS, LOS, and demand integrations and negotiate strategic, senior-sponsor agreements that move multiple lenders toward Truework adoption.

• Partnership Portfolio & GTM: Build and manage POS/LOS/demand partnerships across mortgage ecosystems and sign new integrations.
• Joint GTM & Pipeline: Develop joint go-to-market plans with priority partners to deliver partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Commercial Structure & Negotiations: Own deal economics and lead end-to-end negotiations with C-suite stakeholders.
• Optimization & Experience: Improve volume and economics while reducing friction in the customer journey.
• Enablement & Co-Marketing: Create training and co-marketing assets to drive partner adoption and volume.
• Performance & Reporting: Own partner performance metrics including adoption, pipeline, and revenue influence.
• Industry Representation: Attend key mortgage events to map the competitive landscape and guide prioritization.
