Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full lead engagement lifecycle across all business verticals.
  • Ensure speed and consistency in lead response and follow-up processes.
  • Identify and eliminate lead leakage points across the funnel.
  • Develop and enforce process rigor to maintain quality and consistency in lead communication.
  • Monitor and optimize lead-to-conversion rates through data-driven decisions.
  • Build and oversee communication workflows to ensure seamless lead handoffs.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the lead nurturing team toward performance targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align nurturing strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze campaign and engagement data to continuously improve response effectiveness.
  • Report on key metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead nurturing, CRM management, or marketing operations.
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and funnel optimization.
  • Experience in building and managing communication workflows and automation sequences.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and act on insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve lead leakage and process gaps.
  • Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Excellent organizational and process management skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
