Job Description

Responsibilities

The Experimentation Lab: You’ll lead our "Test & Learn" culture. Whether it’s testing a wild new "analog" hook on Reddit or a "Guerilla Marketing" play for a major industry event, you are the one driving the hypothesis and the execution.
The Unified Funnel: Working closely with our Content Marketer, you’ll take high-quality stories and find the most creative ways to get them in front of the right enterprise CMOs.
The Campaign "How": You aren't just sending emails; you’re orchestrating experiences. You’ll oversee the lifecycle from the first click to the Sales hand-off, ensuring every touchpoint feels human and high-value.
The Data Narrative: You don’t need to be a SQL wizard, but you do need to be obsessed with the "Why." You’ll audit our current funnel, find the leaks, and pitch us on the fresh ideas needed to fix them.

Requirements

Experience Level: 3-5 years of growth marketing experience
B2B Growth Mindset: You have experience navigating the B2B landscape. You know how to speak to a complex committee of decision-makers (CMOs and VPs) across a longer sales cycle.
Figure-it-out Factor: You don’t wait for a manual. When a tool breaks or a campaign flops, you’re diving in to find a solution.
Scrappy & Creative: You think outside the standard B2B playbook. You understand that "Demand Gen" isn't just about gated whitepapers—it's about creating brand moments that people actually remember.
Platform Fluent: You’ve spent real time in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads. You know your way around CRMs, but you view them as tools to enable your ideas, not the ceiling of your job.
Fearless Tester: You’d rather launch a "B+" experiment today and learn from it than wait three weeks for a "perfect" campaign that never goes live.
