Altrata is looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. This is a role for someone who wants to get their hands dirty across the full demand gen mix; email, paid media, automation, and analytics, and grow into a well-rounded marketer. You'll work closely with Product Marketing and Sales to execute campaigns that drive pipeline, and you'll have real ownership of the work from day one.

What you'll do

• Build and execute email marketing campaigns end-to-end: technical setup, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization
• Support the planning and execution of paid digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other paid advertising platforms, working alongside internal team members and external agencies
• Help maintain marketing automation best practices, including list management, email deliverability, and data hygiene
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels
• Contribute to reporting and analysis, pulling insights from campaign data to inform what we do next

What you bring

• 2–4 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with at least one email automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, Intercom, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Solid copywriting instincts, you can write a subject line and a nurture sequence that actually gets opened
• Comfort working with data: you can pull a report, spot a trend, and explain what it means
• Strong organizational skills, you manage your own workload, hit deadlines, and flag issues early
• Familiarity with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid advertising platforms) is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, or Google Tag Manager is a bonus
