Own the pipeline engine for a B2B SaaS rollup by orchestrating multi-channel demand gen, ABM, and partner-led campaigns that feed Sales with qualified opportunities.

Growth & Demand: Drive integrated campaigns across email, webinars, digital ads, content syndication, nurture, and ABM to generate pipeline.
Operations & Attribution: Run Marketo programs, ensure routing and measurement in Salesforce, and optimize nurture to accelerate buyer progression.

Job Description

Drive Pipeline Growth
Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities.
Create and manage programs across email, webinars, digital advertising, content syndication, nurture programs, and account-based marketing initiatives.
Partner with Sales and SDR teams to align campaigns with business priorities and target accounts.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize programs to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
Marketing Automation & Lead Management
Manage campaign execution within Marketo, including program setup, segmentation, lead nurturing, and reporting.
Ensure accurate lead routing, tracking, and campaign attribution through Marketo and Salesforce.
Build and optimize automated nurture programs to improve engagement and accelerate buyer progression.
Account-Based and Partner Marketing
Support account-based marketing initiatives focused on strategic healthcare and enterprise accounts.
Collaborate with channel and technology partners on co-marketing programs that generate demand and expand market reach.
Coordinate campaign execution across internal stakeholders and external partners.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline creation, and ROI.
Develop regular reporting and insights to inform marketing and sales leadership.
Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Events & Programs
Support demand generation activities surrounding webinars, conferences, trade shows, and executive events.
Develop integrated pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaigns that maximize engagement and pipeline outcomes.
