Responsibilities

  • Own the demand generation strategy across the funnel for new business, from awareness through marketing-qualified opportunity.

  • Build demand programs for new customer acquisition and collaborate for expansion into our existing customer base, in partnership with Product Marketing and Event Marketing.
  • Own the demand calendar, aligning campaigns to launches, conferences, and seasonal buying cycles in K-12 education.
  • Build account-based programs that reach high-value districts and re-engage prospects who haven't converted.
  • Turn webinars and conferences into a systematic pipeline motion with pre-event nurture, live conversion, and structured follow-up.
  • Build and optimize landing pages and campaign assets, owning both the strategy and the execution of conversion paths.
  • Act as a key partner to Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success, translating strategy into campaigns that generate pipeline.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to align on targets, territories, and what a quality lead looks like.
  • Create polished campaign materials, from one-pagers to email templates to event collateral, grounded in our product positioning and designed to drive a single clear action.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B SaaS, with an interest in making a difference in K-12 education
  • A track record of building campaigns that generated measurable, repeatable pipeline, and the ability to report marketing's contribution clearly to leadership
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM platforms (we use HubSpot), including lead scoring and attribution
  • Experience building landing pages and marketing assets, with comfort working in tools like Webflow, Canva, or similar to ship polished materials with light design support
  • Strong written communication skills, able to write persuasive copy and translate between marketing and sales
  • Comfort with ambiguity and high autonomy in a fast-moving, hands-on role, with a collaborative approach to working across sales, product, and customer success

Benefits

  • 401(K) plan with employer matching
  • Universal paid parental leave
  • A variety of medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • An annual stipend for professional learning
  • Flexible PTO policy, extended holiday break, summer Fridays, and “Focus Fridays” – a day with limited Slack and meetings throughout the year
