Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Build and manage demand generation campaigns aligned to priority markets, regions, products, and use cases with planning, audience targeting, channel selection, landing page coordination, paid media, email nurture, retargeting, webinars/events, and performance reporting.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Support ABM programs for named target accounts, partner with sales to identify priority accounts, map buying committees, segment contacts, develop engagement plans, and coordinate outreach across digital campaigns, email, events, and sales follow-up.
  • Shift from broad lead gen to focused account development.
  • Paid Media and Retargeting: Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, display, and retargeting with setup, targeting, budget management, testing, tracking, and optimization.
  • Hands-on campaign management while collaborating with designers, content creators, agencies, and contractors.
  • Landing Pages and Conversion Paths: Partner with content, design, and web support to create landing pages and conversion paths with defined objectives, CTAs, forms, tracking, audience offers, and follow-up workflows.
  • Email Nurture and Event Promotion: Build nurture programs moving prospects toward sales conversations, including webinar/event promotion, lead nurture, reactivation, and target-account outreach.
  • Partner with sales and content to ensure campaigns are relevant, timely, and valuable.
  • CRM, Attribution, and Reporting: Improve marketing tracking and reporting with campaign naming, UTM standards, form tracking, lead-source attribution, lifecycle stages, lead status definitions, dashboards, and sales handoff visibility.
  • Sales Handoff and Follow-Up Coordination: Ensure qualified engagement receives timely follow-up with lead scoring, account fit assessment, follow-up SLAs, CRM tasks, and feedback loops.
  • Partnership with Content and Communications: Work with content and communications to turn messaging, proofs, stories, webinars, and product narratives into campaigns with execution, targeting, conversion paths, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
