Job Description

Responsibilities

Own demand generation strategy across outbound and inbound
Design and run multi-channel campaigns (email LinkedIn content paid)
Align targeting, messaging and distribution across all initiatives
Work closely with sales to ensure smooth handoff and conversion
Track performance across the funnel and optimize based on data
Build repeatable playbooks that can scale across clients

Requirements

Experience in B2B demand generation or growth roles
Strong understanding of outbound systems and inbound channels
Ability to connect campaigns to pipeline and revenue
Analytical mindset with focus on metrics and iteration
Structured approach to execution
