Responsibilities

• Our Brand Ambassador will maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when representing our company to any level of clientele.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the mission of Decibel Gardens, and the products we provide to the community
• Creating daily reports to communicate all interactions with Dispensaries and retail customers
• Assist our brand in maintaining a positive presence online and offline
• Have a general knowledge of all cannabis events in the area and provide suggestions for which events would be suitable for Decibel Gardens to attend.
• Communicating and implementing strategies to develop brand loyalty with customers
• Assist in designing marketing and promotional information, and distributing to dispensaries
• Hosting scheduled vendor days at retail locations to promote brand awareness.

Requirements

• Outgoing, professional, and ability to adapt to various personalities and working environments
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable source of transportation for travels between different dispensaries
• Candidates residing in San Diego County preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the cannabis world, and general knowledge of operations for distributors and dispensaries
• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of applying for this position. (Legally must be 21 or older to be on site of a commercial cannabis business.)
• Customers Service: 2 years required

Preferred

• Cannabis Business experience: 1 year preferred
• Sales: 1 year preferred
