Assurance Care & Support Services Inc

We all know that home is where the heart is, but have you ever stopped to consider that home is where health is. We often think of health as something pursued at the doctor's office or hospital. The goal, however, is to be healthy at home. Sometimes, translating the care received at offices and facilities to home life requires some extra help. If you or someone you know is managing an illness or injury at home, consider home health services to ensure optimal medical outcomes. We send nurses and therapists to the homes of our patients. In the comfort of your home, we extend the care of your doctors and provide many of the services you might otherwise receive at a hospital, nursing home, or rehab facility. This can include post-surgical care, disease management, rehab, and much more.We offer a multi-specialty team of skilled clinicians to continue your medical care at home. Under orders from your doctor, our nurses and therapists can visit you at home multiple times per week. When you or someone you know is struggling to manage an illness, injury, or wound at home, remember that we can help.
