Responsibilities

• The Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring superior guest service by planning and execution of promotions, events, and other marketing activities
• The Marketing Manager is responsible for programing multiple systems, working with multiple departments on ideas and implementation of marketing plans while providing superior guest service when interacting with internal and external customers in an efficient and friendly manner
• The Marketing Manager manages on-property Marketing Coordinators, all promotions, and events, and is responsible for categorizing players into tiers
• Manages internal printed and digital collateral while directing advertising and social media efforts and the selection and purchase of gifts given during events
• This position must be able to adhere to and follow Nevada State Gaming Control and in-house casino policies and procedures
• Be knowledgeable of and able to explain/promote all Casino and Marketing events
• Sign up and issue guests Player’s Cards
• Add Free Play to Player’s Cards as needed
• Supervises promotion coordinators and or marketing team members
• Analyzes marketing trends to ensure necessary changes are implemented

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent required
• Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Must possess excellent communication and computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Must be able to meet firm deadlines with quick turnaround times and ensure key stakeholders are current on project statuses
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English language
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills
• An outgoing, approachable personality with the ability to meet and greet both our established patrons as well as newcomers to the property
• Ability to work effectively and cordially with co-workers and management to resolve disputes and customer issues

Preferred

• casino environment experience preferred
• Basic graphic design software familiarity is preferred
• Alcohol Awareness Card (preferred but not required)
