Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed reporting to track humanitarian programs, including descriptions of projects, participant numbers, aid items, status, locations, and timelines.
  • Track and document the plans, updates, and year-end impact metrics for program implementation and outcomes, ensuring detailed and accurate reporting.
  • Engage in meetings across teams, especially the Programming team, to acquire in-depth knowledge of organization’s humanitarian programs, initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Maintain organized documentation of data sources, methodologies, and results.
  • Analyze and evaluate program data to craft clear summaries of impacts and communicate these formalized data on organization’s programming aid internally for external use.
  • Research and keep abreast of statistics relating to the organization’s humanitarian focus areas.
  • Collaborate with philanthropy teams to provide comprehensive context, program needs and opportunities for donor discussions and engagement.
  • Conduct analysis of marketing communications performance against industry benchmarks.
  • Create weekly and campaign reports across all marketing channels and partnerships.
  • Review and fact-check content creations and communications, including publications, fundraising appeals, stewardship reports, and press releases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with collecting data to synthesize using data analytics and Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power BI, GA4, and other data systems and platforms is required.
  • Travel internationally as needed.
