Position Overview

Trusted TV is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support and retain our growing customer base. In this role, you’ll communicate directly with users through live chat, SMS, phone calls, and email to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and help customers get the most value from their service. You’ll also proactively discuss subscription renewals and help strengthen long-term customer relationships.

This is a fully remote position offering a competitive base salary plus commission opportunities tied to customer retention and renewals.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, SMS, phone, and email
• Troubleshoot account and service-related issues
• Assist customers with billing, subscriptions, and account management
• Build strong customer relationships and promote renewals
• Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow-ups

Qualifications:

• Prior remote customer service or support experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Ability to multitask across chat, SMS, and CRM systems
• Experience in retention, renewals, or sales is a plus
• Self-motivated and organized while working remotely

Compensation:

• Base salary ($40k-$60k) + commission ($20k-40k)
