Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client offerings and promotions

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
