Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues efficiently.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
- Provide clear guidance and support to customers regarding product features and updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer support or service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to remain patient and empathetic under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
