📞 Customer Support Representative – Full Time | Remote | Eastern Europe Time Zone

We’re looking for a warm, empathetic Customer Support Representative to be the human voice our customers love to hear.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care

• Resolve inquiries and provide solutions in a timely, friendly manner

• Represent our brands with empathy, patience, and genuine dedication

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker

• Natural communicator — you make people feel heard and valued

• Calm, solution-oriented, and kind under pressure

• Available to work Eastern European business hours

• Previous customer service experience is a plus
