Job Summary
Own outreach coordination and admin support for marketing efforts that connect with customers, partners, and stakeholders; manage calendars, lists, and docs to keep communications timely and consistent.

Responsibilities
- Support customer and stakeholder outreach efforts, including email communications, event promotion, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Driving application engagement and processing application paperwork.
- Maintain outreach and marketing calendars, contact lists, and documentation to ensure timely and consistent communications.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support related to outreach and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer outreach, business development, or administrative coordination.
- Education: Coursework in marketing, communications, business, environmental studies, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
- Experience in consulting, energy, or public-interest organizations.
- Excellent writing, coordination, and organizational skills.
