Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate customer reference activities with internal and external teams across case studies, videos, presentations, campaigns, and events.
  • Act as a trusted storytelling partner to cross-functional teams including corporate/ product marketing, PR/AR, sales, and customer success.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple customer marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive ongoing engagement and advocacy.
  • Craft customized messaging for diverse channels and audiences.
  • Influence programs that drive Sales adoption of the ReferenceEdge reference tool.
  • Use Salesforce and ReferenceEdge to manage nominations, track progress, and report milestones.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5+ years in B2B Customer Marketing/Advocacy
  • Minimum of 2+ years creating customer stories
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve close alignment with sales
