Job Summary

Own and scale demand-generation initiatives by turning customer data into actionable segments, workflows, and campaigns in HubSpot, while delivering attribution and ROI insights and aligning with Sales and Marketing.

Own analytics, attribution, and performance insights tied to business outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to translate insights into scalable recommendations.
Drive targeted campaigns for cross-sell, re-engagement, and category growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze customer behavior, purchase history, engagement, and account potential.
Build customer segments, workflows, lists, landing pages, and campaign tracking in HubSpot.
Develop targeted email campaigns tied to cross-sell, re-engagement, and category-growth opportunities.
Establish attribution, ROI reporting, and performance insights.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to turn customer insights into action and document recommendations for scale.

Requirements

Strong HubSpot Marketing Hub experience, including segmentation, automation, campaign execution, and reporting.
Ability to use customer data to identify growth opportunities and connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
Strong analytical judgment, commercial curiosity, and B2B sales partnership experience.
Comfort working independently and building processes in an evolving marketing organization.
