Job Summary

You will own the end-to-end customer experience from inquiry through project completion, while managing multi-channel social content, orders, and light administrative duties.

  • Own customer interactions from first contact to project delivery
  • Create and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer phone calls, emails, and text messages
  • Provide outstanding customer service from the first conversation through project completion
  • Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Respond to social media messages and comments
  • Help organize customer orders and project information
  • Take pride in showing off our finished signs online
  • Assist with light office and administrative duties

Preferred

  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator
  • Basic graphic design experience
  • Canva, Photoshop, or video editing skills
  • Photography or content creation experience
  • Previous experience in the sign, printing, branding, or graphics industry
