Job Summary

Join Mutual of America as a Summer Internship in Customer Experience, Marketing Research & Insights to own a CX Insights project end to end.

Own at least one CX Insights project from end to end, including results presentation.
Must be a rising Sophomore or Junior with a minimum 3.4 GPA and NYC commuting four days a week.
8-week program in NYC with cross-team exposure to CX, Marketing, and Leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Broad exposure to the Customer Experience team as well as Marketing and the overall Mutual of America business.
Assist with surveys, usability and secondary (online) research.
Data analysis (surveys, interviews, website tracking, market and business data).
The intern will complete at least one CX Insights project from end to end including a results presentation.

Requirements

Only accepting rising Sophomores (grad year May 2029) and rising Juniors (grad year May 2028).
Must have a minimum overall 3.4 GPA.
Must be able to commute to NYC 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday)
