Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product marketing, and sales, to identify customer success stories, cultivate customer relationships, and develop engaging content that showcases real-world use cases.
  • Manage a content calendar, coordinating customer interviews across in-person, virtual, and agency-supported formats while ensuring all content aligns with established storytelling standards and brand guidelines.
  • Partner with digital and web teams to ensure customer stories are prominently featured across key website experiences, including product pages, customer story libraries, and supporting resources.
  • Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures to support a consistent pipeline of customer nominations, ensure stories are properly tracked and documented, and maximize their use across marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Analyze content performance and program metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and prioritize future customer storytelling opportunities based on business needs and engagement data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, customer advocacy, public relations, content marketing, or technology marketing.
  • Experience creating and managing content while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to enterprise audiences, including IT decision-makers, executive stakeholders, and sales organizations.
  • Strong understanding of AI and generative AI technologies and their applications within enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
