Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers in retail stores, events, and promotional setups to introduce and demonstrate our products through lively product demos.
• Collect valuable data on customer preferences, feedback, and engagement metrics to inform marketing strategies.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional in-person service, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism.
• Promote products effectively by highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points to encourage purchase.
• Represent the brand confidently at public events and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with brand standards.
• Handle sales objections gracefully, turning questions into opportunities for positive customer interactions and increased sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly desirable for understanding customer needs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently in public speaking engagements.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customer groups.
• Knowledge of event marketing techniques and customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent customer service skills.
• Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, or other devices used for data collection and POS.
• Familiarity with retail store product knowledge and branding principles to promote products effectively.
