Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the cross-property campaign & offer builds consolidation of creative, data outputs, promotional rules and details to support the campaign in various channels while maintaining a strong relationship with property teams and brand consistency.
  • Monitors communication calendars and keeps all parties informed of project timelines with clear communication and coordinate approvals and revisions to ensure timelines are adhered to.
  • Inputs creative and other jobs into internal tracking system Review all creative and live data proofs for accuracy.
  • Works with the Director of Cross-Property Marketing to ensure the business and marketing goals of internal and external partners are supported and assist with administrative functions such as coordinating payments, contract reviews, expense tracking and reporting, and arranging travel.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the ecient operation of the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Marketing or Communications required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in multiple communication channels including direct mail, e-mail, mobile or social media required.
  • Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Must maintain a strict level of confidentiality and act in a manner consistent with all legal and regulatory requirements and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Must be personable and professional, capable of using caution and discretion in communication.
  • At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
  • No Driving Responsibilities: Role does not require a driver’s license or insurance.
