Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end production of email, SMS, and push campaigns under tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy, including scheduling, setup, QA/testing, and deployment.
  • Build and manage audience segmentation and targeting to ensure accurate and effective campaign delivery.
  • Coordinate and maintain the marketing campaign calendar to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely launches.
  • Support list management processes, including imports/exports, segmentation, recurring job setup, and database hygiene.
  • Monitor deliverability and campaign health, proactively identifying and resolving errors, technical issues, or performance disruptions.
  • Troubleshoot campaign functionality issues and partner with IT or external vendors to implement solutions.
  • Manage and optimize complex customer journeys, identifying areas for testing, improvement, and automation enhancements.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, subscriber growth, and overall CRM health metrics.
  • Analyze messaging effectiveness and recommend optimizations to improve lifecycle communications and customer engagement.
  • Support initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve ROI across marketing and transactional email programs.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of HTML and email coding best practices.
  • Develop expertise in CRM and marketing automation tools including Cheetah Digital, Stensul, Email on Acid, and AtData.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting customer-facing content (e.g., email campaigns, newsletters, social media).
  • Analytical and creatively driven thinker with a naturally inquisitive mindset — enjoys solving complex problems, uncovering insights in data, and continuously improving performance.
  • Commitment to stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
