• Product Catalog Management: Create and update product entries in the CRM, including uploading images, updating status, descriptions, and listing compatible models.
• CRM Data Audits: Conduct audits of project registrations, accounts, contacts and partner enrollments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Training Record Maintenance: Upload and organize training records within the CRM system.
• Lead Management: Audit and upload leads into the CRM, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• STEP Program Support: Send daily STEP enrollment notifications to distributors and update CRM records based on responses.
• STEP Promotional Tracking:
  • Log training promotions and ensure they are accurately reflected in the training portal and the CRM.
  • Complete STEP Nickel upgrades due to promotions
  • Complete the monthly sales training report
• Sales Data Entry: Upload monthly STEP sales data into the CRM for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Experience with CRM systems (Sugar, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in sales operations or administrative support is a plus
