Job Summary

Own an end-to-end UGC engine for a DTC brand, from zero to scalable creator partnerships affecting ROIs and content quality.

Responsibilities: Build the UGC program from scratch with automated creator onboarding and scalable outreach.
Creator economics: Define briefs, rates, and standards to balance quality with cost and ROI.
Operations: Set up automations and workflows that keep the program running consistently with minimal manual input.

Build our UGC program from scratch, we currently have no existing UGC approach in place
Build a scalable system for attracting and onboarding creators without heavy manual outreach
Define creator briefs, rates, and content standards that keep quality high and costs in check
Set up automations and workflows that keep the program running consistently

Requirements

Deep experience building and running UGC programs for DTC brands
Systems and automation mindset, you build things that run without you doing everything manually
Understanding of creator economics and how to get strong ROI without overpaying
Familiar with how brands like Comfrt and other UGC-heavy DTC brands operate their creator programs
