Creator Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own creator and influencer outreach from discovery through activation
• Recruit and manage influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, and long-term brand partners
• Build and scale Skyne Beauty’s affiliate and creator programs
• Manage outreach, negotiations, gifting, agreements, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Develop strong relationships with high-performing creators and identify deeper partnership opportunities
• Coordinate creator campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Track affiliate codes, commissions, content performance, conversions, and creator-driven revenue
• Use performance data to improve future creator partnerships and campaigns
• Work closely with growth, social, and partnerships on launches and campaigns
• Help shape Skyne Beauty’s broader creator strategy as the company grows

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, social media, or related growth roles
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, creator culture, and affiliate ecosystems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple creator relationships and campaigns at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage environment
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to execute independently
• Ability to understand performance data and make decisions from it

Preferred

• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, CPG, fashion, or another consumer brand
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience matters more
• Experience building or scaling an affiliate or ambassador program
• Familiarity with creator discovery and influencer management platforms
