Responsibilities

Empower Creators: Share passion and growth strategies using Adobe tools and Firefly.
Lower Barriers: Provide actionable pathways for emerging creators to succeed on social media and content strategy.
Inspire & Mentor: Help creators overcome blocks, build community, and succeed with Adobe software and Firefly.
Inspiring Leader: Act as an industry leader and mentor through creator content and conversations.
Practical Educator: Create content teaching creators to work faster and smarter with modern tools to reach goals.
Adobe Ambassador: Represent the brand within the creator community and support tailored creator events.
Event Travel: Willing to travel 20–40% for in-person meetups, creator events, and industry networking.
Active Daily Engagement: Connect authentically with creators across Reddit, X, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube.
Be an active, visible champion for creators. Build long-term relationships and trust, advocating for them internally at Adobe.
Build relationships with leading voices and rising stars in the creator community.

Requirements

Expert Content Creator & Storyteller: Strong portfolio with sharp craft in video/static production and storytelling.
Trend & Audience Savvy: Deep insight into internet culture, creator trends, and formats with editorial instincts.
Community Builder & Engager: Proven success growing large creator communities online.
Creative Tech Expert & Presenter: Proficient in Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly; strong on-stage and on-camera demos.
Organized, Collaborative Self-Starter: Highly organized multitasker able to work across teams to manage multiple goals.
Passionate Storyteller: Strong craft in both video and static content production.
BA/BS degree preferred OR 8+ years of experience OR equivalent practical experience.
Experience delivering high-energy demos on stage and camera.
Experience growing large-scale creator communities online.
Educational background or equivalent practical experience.
