Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Creator Activations Manager to lead end-to-end execution of creator-facing activations that drive product awareness, perception, and adoption.
This role spans industry & TikTok-owned creator events, partnerships, on-site programs, and integrated marketing moments that bring TikTok product education and value propositions to life for creators - both at scale and at the point of conversion.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy marketing role suited for someone who can project-manage complex initiatives, oversee and execute complex tentpoles/events, work across partners and agencies, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Own creator activations end to end: Plan and execute creator-facing activations tied to product priorities, including partnerships, programs, 360 integrated marketing campaigns, product education events, and major tentpoles/industry moments.
Drive scale and conversion: Use partnerships and creator touchpoints to deliver product narratives at scale and convert awareness and interest into action (eg lead generation, sign-ups, product adoption).
Lead cross-functional execution: Act as the project lead across internal and external stakeholders to deliver activations on time and to standard.
Operate as a marketing generalist: Combine strategy development with operational excellence. Apply core marketing skills across messaging, creative review, execution, and measurement, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Measure and document impact: Track outcomes, capture learnings, and share case studies to improve future activations and inform global best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, activations, or programs
Experience delivering creator-facing or customer-facing initiatives tied to product goals
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
Comfort managing agencies and external partners
Ability to operate as a marketing generalist with limited resourcing
Clear communicator who can balance speed, quality, and stakeholder alignment

Preferred

Experience with industry events, partnerships, or experiential marketing
Familiarity with the creator economy, media, or technology platforms
Experience working across multiple markets or regions
