Job Description
Responsibilities
- CORE RESPONSIBILITY: You will be responsible for designing and delivering daily content across channels based on: Weekly topics (provided); Written copy (provided); Video concepts (provided)
- You will not be starting from scratch — but you are expected to: Bring concepts to life visually; Translate ideas into high-performing creative; Optimize for speed, clarity, and engagement
- DAILY DELIVERABLES: Every day, you are expected to produce: 1. Blog Header Image (1x) 2. Instagram Story Asset (1–3 frames) 3. Short-Form Video (1x master)
- OUTPUT EXPECTATION: Daily: 1 blog header; 1–3 IG story frames; 1 short-form video
- Weekly CONTENT THEMES: Moments & Signals (Awareness); Creator Monetization (Acquisition); Launch & Growth (Acceleration); Thought Leadership (Authority); Data & Brand Insights (Expansion)
- WEEKLY OUTPUT: ~7 blog headers; ~7 story frames; ~7 videos
- ~20–35 assets per week
- AI REQUIREMENT: Generate visual concepts; Create mockups; Speed up video production; Iterate quickly
- This role emphasizes AI-first workflow and fast iteration to meet output expectations
